(See my Things are buzzing post from 2017)  Here are pictures of me pouring into jars and the final inventory.  In the background you can see the extractor.  I was made between 1908 and 1915.  Still works great.  The honey you buy in a store has been pasteurized and filtered.  That kills all the enzymes and takes out the bee pollen.
